My career in Real Estate began in 2003 whilst being employed as a Senior Receptionist for Merrifield Real Estate.
In 2007 I decided to take the leap into the wild world of Property Management. Since then I have become the leader of our Property Management Team and take great pride in our achievements and successes over the years. My team is unmatched in Albany; we work extremely well together towards a common goal; ensuring the best possible service is always at hand. My experience over the years has given me a massive appreciation for investors, tenants and trades. It has given me the skills and knowledge I need to ensure situations are dealt with swiftly and accurately.
I believe that honesty and trust are the fundamentals of a great working relationship both within the office and outside of it and I will always provide my clients with the highest level of service possible.
With a close eye for detail and a strong work ethic I have the knowledge, qualifications and client rapport to assist you in all aspects of leasing and property management.

I have never rented out a property before but Merrifield have made it easy for me; they helped me get the place ready for rental and ensure that it was compliant with the relevant codes. Since then they have been efficient in looking after the property and organising some minor repairs. They have communicated well and kept me informed.
