Wanted to pass positive feedback on Colleen with the work she did on our behalf to get our rental returned to us in such a clean and presentable condition. Colleen acted in a strong decisive timely controlled manner and never wavered from the right course and we can’t speak more highly of they way she handled things always keeping us informed and in the end the house is as we expected but im sure without her efforts it could have been much different.
