Each client viewing of your investment property is attended by one of our highly trained, property management staff, so as to assess and qualify any potential tenants, as quickly as possible. Under no circumstance do we hand out keys to potential tenants for private viewings.
Potential tenants are required to pass our “100 Point Check” and complete a written application form. We also check references and search a number of tenancy databases such as National Tenancy Database (NTD) and TICA, to ensure ALL potential tenants are of the highest calibre.
